Refund Policy for Deposits

Thank you for choosing Custom Planter Co. We appreciate your business and trust in our products. Our refund policy for deposits is as follows:

  1. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are considered non-refundable. When you make a deposit, you are holding an item or service that is then not offered to other customers. Therefore, the deposit amount covers the potential loss of business.
  2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, please do before we send the message of us saying we have started the order. Cancellations made within this time frame will result in your deposit being send back to you or a another oder
  3. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about an order, we understand that these things happen. While the deposit is non-refundable, we offer the option to transfer the deposit to an alternative item or service of equal or greater value within the time of us starting the first order.
  4. Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, such as a defect or fault with the product on our part that cannot be rectified, the deposit may be refunded in full. This is at the discretion of company management and will require an assessment of the situation.
  5. Processing Refunds: Refund assessments can take up to 3 days to process. If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
